Principal's Message

Patricia Gonzalez
Dr. Patricia Gonzalez has been a Principal in District 111 for the past four years at Rosa G. Maddock Elementary. Previously, she held the position of Assistant Principal at Liberty Jr. High for several years. Prior to her administrative roles, Dr. Gonzalez taught 7th grade Social Studies and EL in District 111. She received her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from St. Francis University, where she is currently serving as an Alumni Board Member. She also holds a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Olivet University. She enjoys running, traveling, reading, and all things Disney (especially Beauty and the Beast). Dr. Gonzalez looks forward to meeting this year’s Marvelous Maddock students and families, as well as leading the faculty and staff toward a great educational and fun filled year.

Attention All BSD111 Families and Stakeholders: Our Title I Information meeting will be held as an Open Forum on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 and everyone is invited to attend. There will be valuable information provided about our ISBE Title I Grant and how it impacts the academic needs of our students.

School Board Election Information

Burbank School District 111 will have three school board seats to be filled at the April 4, 2023 Consolidated Election. Candidates who are elected will fill four-year terms expiring in April 2027. As a courtesy, a candidate packet with forms and information is available here on the website. Printed packets are also available for pick up at the district office.
